  • We have 5,237 car parking spaces at Ebbsfleet International, all of which are available to our rail customers. The car park is managed by NCP and, as with all High Speed 1 station car parks, it holds the Park Mark certification and is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tickets and Information

National Rail

Tickets and train information for UK services are available from the SouthEastern ticket office on the main concourse. Fast ticket machines are located in a slight recess just off the main concourse (see map).

International Rail

Eurostar tickets can be purchased from the ticket office on the main concourse. Reserved Eurostar tickets can be collected from ticket machines in the Eurostar e-ticketing area (see map).
